Crane fly is part of the insect family Tipulidae. In colloquial speech sometimes a crane fly is known as daddy longlegs.
Crane flies can be found around the world but a particular species usually is only limited to one small location.
So can bearded dragons eat crane flies safely?
Even though a bearded dragon would try to eat a crane fly it isn’t a good idea for them to eat this insect because of the parasites they may be carrying.
Therefore make sure your bearded dragon does not eat crane flies.
