Rhubarb is actually quite toxic to bearded dragons and will make them sick if they were to eat it so no bearded dragons cannot eat rhubarb. The reason being is that the calcium:phosphorus ratio is 6:1 which is bad for bearded dragons. It needs to be closer to 2:1.
