Spearmint (spear mint) also known as Mentha viridis is a species of mint and is native to Asia (China, Himalayas, Middle East, etc), Europe and naturalized in parts of northern and western Africa, South America, North America, as well as a few oceanic islands.

So can bearded dragons eat spearmint at all?

They can on occasion have a little bit of spearmint but not much.  Spearmint should definitely not be a staple food of their diet.
