Beets are a red veggie that have nutritional value for humans so maybe dogs can get benefits from this food as well.
However what is good for a human to eat may not also be as beneficial or good for a dog to eat.
And one of these instances is beets.
Can Dogs Eat Beets?
Not necessarily as it does not possess any nutritional value for a dog.
If there is no nutritional value added for a dog to eat a particular food then there is no reason to be feeding that type of food to your dog.
At that point beets are just a filler food that don’t help your dog at all.
On top of all of this beets can stain clothing, rugs, carpet and more and therefore might not be the best option to be giving to your dogs anyways.
Therefore it isn’t recommended that you feed beets to your dog as it won’t help their overall health.
