A snack food that is often sold in many grocery stores is yogurt covered raisins.
It is a different version of the popular raisin snack.
There are roughly 150 calories in a quarter cup serving of yogurt-covered raisins.
One-third of the calories come from fat while the other two-thirds come from carbohydrates. They also contain some traces of protein.
So can hamsters eat yogurt covered raisins?
No, they cannot. They are way too sweet for hamsters and therefore should be avoided.
If they were to nibble on them a bit they should be fine but yogurt covered raisins should not be given on purpose to your hamster.
