Yes – rabbits can eat almonds but this doesn’t mean you should be feeding this food to your rabbit. There isn’t much nutritional value in almonds for rabbits and in large quantities they can be bad for their health because of the salt content.
Additionally it is possible for almonds to be a choking hazard for bunnies and therefore it is better to stick with staple foods for their diet such as timothy hay, fresh water and rabbit pellets.
Just because humans enjoy eating certain foods doesn’t mean the foods are healthy or are good for your pet to eat as well.
Therefore our recommendation is to keep this food out of your rabbits diet as it isn’t beneficial to their health at all.
